Transit insurance (or Customer Goods in Transit and Storage Insurance) is a special type of insurance that protects against loss and damage during the moving process. While we take of your belongings as if they were our own, there may be circumstances outside of our control which may put your belongings at risk. Please refer to our Product Disclosure Statement for more information about insurance.

Sure can. Keys owns and manages more than 4,500sqm of undercover storage space and 5,500sqm of open area storage. See Storage & Disposal for more information on this.

Keys is based in Perth, but you don’t have to be. We carry out relocations locally, Australia-wide and globally, and have partner businesses we can put you in touch with.
